No. You can use Spodown without creating an account. PRO is unlocked with a one-time payment on Ko-fi; the activation link is sent to the email address used for the payment.
Which devices are supported?

Spodown is a web application that runs in modern browsers on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. There is nothing to install.
Which languages are supported?

The Spodown interface is available in 27 languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Arabic. You can switch languages from the header menu.
Is Spodown free?

The downloader is free to use for MP3 128 kbps downloads. An optional PRO upgrade (one-time payment via Ko-fi) adds 320 kbps MP3, FLAC, ZIP archives for albums and playlists, background processing, and priority speed.
